Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at the digital properties operated by B & B Electrical, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Electrical Services Scope

Our services may include electrical troubleshooting, installations, rewiring, panel upgrades, inspections, and maintenance. Project scope, deliverables, scheduling, and payment terms are defined in approved estimates, proposals, or service agreements.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with B & B Electrical, LLC and its licensors. Any underlying internal methods, processes, and tools remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their property and permanently installed electrical work after full payment.

Third-Party Dependencies

Some work may depend on third parties such as utilities, inspectors, permitting authorities, or equipment suppliers.

• Any use of a Third Party Service is subject to their respective terms and timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party approvals, inspections, or material shortages.
• You acknowledge and agree that B & B Electrical, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service interruptions beyond our direct control.

Payment Terms & Termination

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your Master Services Agreement. B & B Electrical, LLC reserves the right to pause scheduled work in the event of overdue balances. We may terminate or suspend services in cases of material contract breach, unsafe site conditions, or abusive conduct toward staff.

Changes

B & B Electrical, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law or service operations. We will provide notice before material changes where practical.
